Hugo is the 28th character in the Toonz series.
Appearance
Hugo is a creature with big eyes, sharp teeth, and an antenna.
Description
Hugo has four eyes with one located on the antenna that is on top of his head. This way he has 360 degree vision and can quickly see if any Hero is approaching. He is often assisted by his brother Yugo who also has many eyes.
