Appearance[]
Axl has wavey gills, and a rectangle on his forehead. He is wearing shades and is striking a pose.
Description[]
Cool: A creature from the deep ocean, can capture sound waves even at great depths. When he captures a rock n' roll in his gills, he starts doing a big water swirl.
Groovy: Like collecting the waves of the sea, Axl can navigate along the sound waves as well. He hears the low tones better than anyone, and the high notes won't escape him neither.
Trivia[]
- Axl is one of 20 characters to receive a GitD variant in the Israeli release of Cool, via a promotion with Nestle. In fact, he was prominently featured on the packs for this tie-in.
- It is possible that Axl is inspired by an axolotl, as the c1000 name might suggest. Furthermore, both descriptions describe him as aquatic.
